Qide overview

QIDE is a native LCC-Win32 port to UN*X family of operating systems. It uses the GTK toolkit, which makes it visually-appealing and compatible with vast majority of Linux installations. Native port to Solaris operating system is available, too.

It features automatic generation of GNU Makefiles and GNU Automake/Autoconf skeletons, project management debugger

Transition from Microsoft Windows environment to Linux is especially easy with QIDE, since intuitive interface and user friendiness of QIDE make Linux newbies very comfortable.
