++ Low Birth Rates: How Developed Countries Can Stop the Greatest Threat to Human Civilization ++<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>Almost unnoticed by the public, one of the greatest crises in human history occurs. It has the potential to destroy for all time a noteworthy part of the human competences that have arisen in an evolutionary way. We are talking about the low birth rates, which most industrialized nations have long been affected by. At the same time, far too many children are often born in developing countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, the better their PISA results are, the lower the birth rates in the countries of the world tend to be. The same correlation applies within the country: the higher the level of education, the fewer offspring people in the industrialized countries have on average. In science, the phenomenon contrary to the expectations of the theory of evolution is called the demographic-economic paradox.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A reversal of this development is not in sight and, according to the book’s results and analyses, it is not to be expected unless the measures proposed therein are implemented. South Korea’s fertility rates, for example, have been consistently below the magic limit of one for the last seven years. In many other developed countries with markedly good PISA results, things do not look much better. If things continue in this way for some time, then several ethnic groups and civilizations are likely to disappear from the earth \u2013 not through wars or other catastrophes, but through population decline and the destruction of competences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The book explains how this disastrous development can be halted and reversed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die jetztige Ratio von ~108:100 Jungen zu M\u00e4dchen bei der Geburt macht es f\u00fcr viele M\u00e4nner unm\u00f6glich eine Partnerin zu finden. Bis etwa 1945 wurden \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige M\u00e4nner abgeschlachtet und so das Gleichgewicht wiederhergestellt, heute ist das nicht mehr der Fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ein Beispiel von m\u00f6glicher Policy w\u00e4re: Kindergeld f\u00fcr M\u00e4dchen doppelt so hoch wie f\u00fcr Jungen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
