„The Constitution doesn’t say anything about requiring a permit.“

The 2nd Amendment is:
„A well regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.“

So any kind of permit is against this Amendment.

There is no wiggling, you can bear arms as you like and that’s it!
