1 MOA on 1000 yards is around 28,1 cm on 1000 m. But as you can see, they take 10 inch for MOA but that just 25.4 cm. You find many hard-pressed to keep within an inch of 100 m, and you just can’t interpolate it. The flight time for 1000 m is around 1.2 – 1.4 s
