Well look back over this blog

I warned you over an over again. The Austrians warned before the world war two. But it happens over and over again states are paradises for thieves, but it just gets along some time. And you will loose eventually. Nothing will change that now it’s Argentina again:http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2014-02-09/heres-what-it-looks-when-your-countrys-economy-collapses

It’s as usual. The government promises can’t be kept. There is not enough of anything to fullfill this lies. And as you can see before there is an extreme expanson of government spending. Which of course is just driven be debts. The endless blog entries on Zerohedge are “im”(de)pressing
http://www.zerohedge.com/search/apachesolr_search/ type in Argentina

I warned you in 2011 what will come along and it’s starting. Not in the US or EU (currently) but the states farther down the path to destruction. See what I warned you for and what I propose to do about it for yourself. I needed 5 years to get all the things properly “set-up”. I hope it was enough, and I hope also I will get out of here before the next war comes….

Without doubt

A lot of money vanished yesterday. I guess we’re talking about values at or around 2-10 trillions. How will that be changed if the EZB has bought bonds from Italy and Spain at or around 5-6 billion?

Without doubt, we can say also. Nothing has changed really maybe just the majority starts “understanding” what the central banks and states have done to our money.

I guess they start seeing that fighting problems caused by too much cheap money can not be solved with some tons of other cheap money. And to my pleasure it now hits a few nerves with central bankers, delebets and bureaucrats. I expected such kind of action some 3 years ago. But they were able to keep the impression of solidity and controllability. Everyone just knowing a bit about Austrian economics could not be surprised. I invite you to just browse through the mises blog and their associated blogs like this one. (Yes I’m not very decent) But I have written against this kind of madness right from the start of this blog and my other blot at http://fdominicus.blogspot.com.

I did not even know about the austrian school of economics as I started writing my outside Mises blog. I just keep deer what my grand-parents and parents have told me and lived. The all lived within their bounds. All other things follow from it. We are a family of savers. Nobody knows when one will need some money. And so we saved and invested “cautiously”. Along 3 years ago as they started those “failout” programs. I started to invest in gold. I opened accounts in NZ an Switzerland just go get out this EU madness, however I avoided the US as the plague. With all modesty one can say, that has served me well.

However that probably wasn’t the end. One MUST start thinking about a break-down of the western countries. I always was optimistic about out ability to learn. But the Deledefs have proven over and over again. “They simply do not get it”. That makes them extremely dangerous because they try to regain “control”. I’m not sure if that really is possible currently, but as long as they do not start acting responsible I can not see how things could turn to the better. So I expect new laws, new taxes more limits to freedom In fact I expect stupidities as laid out in “Atlas shrugged”. I wished I found the John Galt valley….

Let’s talk about democracy

Would you agree if I asked “We all are “democrats” ….?

Do you?..

Let’s see what it means. Democracy means some figures are the “majority” and can decide for all. So let’s talk our “beloved” Germany as example. We have around 80 Millions men in here. Let’s be generous and assume 10 000 000 millions of them are children. They are excluded from every vote. Let’s assume 5 millions are divere foreigners with not voting rights here. So we’re down to around 65 millions. According to the BNN here in BW around 7.8 millions are allowed to vote (with around 14 millions living here) so with all means let’s assume just half the living beengs here can vote. Now how’s it with the majority than?

Now it gets worse. Just around 2/3 of them reall do go voting so we are down to 40 * 2 / 3 = 26.67 millions. Majoritiy? Now let’s see the last voting result CDU around 35 %, FDP around 15% so over all 13,33 millions.

So 13.33 millions do decide for 80 million people. Well I can not see a much poorer picture. Just around 1/8 of the men here, can decide what to do. And it’s getting worse it’s not possible to question their doings. Laws may be abiden , but maybe not. And if you think it can not be worse. There is not way for more than 300 million people to questions the doing of the EU. Because the EU is not a democracy but a partycrocy. (will say just parties of the diverse countries can decide) and then we go down to all member of diverse parties. Which “rule”.

I’m afraid we are have to live after rules from a few thousand people. With hardly a safety net to prevent them intruding our private lifes. These few thousand people have taken all of us hostage and a big machine to shelter them from us. They give orders to those under arms and well they make laws we have to abide to but they don’t. In Germany many laws are just for the “non politicians”….

Even if we’d have Saints as “rulers”. There is the all present threat of using force against you. They make the laws and they own the guns. They will come to your house take and inform you. Well sorry, but this country you own is needed by the “public” you better be prepared to loose it. Oh yes you can try to fight them, but fact is they have stolen things which were owned by the disfunkt GDR. But the original owners did not get back their property. Another always present threat is simply “go-to-jail”. You won’t abide to pay your taxes -> go to jail, you do not want your children in a public school -> go to jail.

So is this a desirable way of “living”. I’m afraid I disagree.

The base of all living together is to
1) abide to the property of anyone
2) contracts.

If you than just add one simple thing. “Don’t do to others, what you do not want to be done to you”. And we are fine. Current politics means “I know what’s best for you and you better follow”..

So is democracy all that good? I happily conclude: “No”. It just can get a bit better if you always can request the actions of your politicians. We do not have this extra in our Grundgesetz, and the current deledefs do no allow us deciding upon our constituition. (Believe it or not our Grundgesetz is just a provisional arrangement).
</p

what else? ….

debts again. This time it’s not in the US (they are just facing bankruptcy, but don’t worry. they will raise the allowance to make even more debts) but the EU

This time it’s again about the PIGS  states. Ireland has taken somewhere around 70 billions, now we have to see what Portugal will take. Of course with the usual tam tam. The have to save and the harshest  sanctions will take place if they will not do this or that or whatever.

You know what this is worth. It’s not even worth the typing I do for it. More debt as cure to too much debt. It’s the same old song, we’ve heard for years now. And heaven forbid if we simply allow Portugal to get

bankrupt. The world will come to a grinding halt…

Democracy or not?

I’m wondering. If Democracy is that great how comes that the EU is undemocratic to the bones?
The only people having rights to vote are politicians from the diverse countries, agreed there is an EU parlament, but
the laws are suggeste by the EU commisson and those are the diverse ministeres of the countries. As you might know even those
can not to controlled during their tenure of office, and well what nobody from our EU population can do is
to file a suit against law breaking of their politicians. Fact is the EU countries have overvoted laws they themselves have decided.

The result is an astonishing “nothing”.

So either democracy is a good thing than what hinders politicians to extend democracy?

Well let’s be honest, the just thing democracy is a good thing, as long as they are voted and then left alone. They promise anything before
the vote and break everything with a smile thereafter. Well yes in the end they are just democratic legalized defrauders….
And they use this power to afflict every one…..

And laws are arranged that anyone suffers under them but “Politicians”. We in Germany have publich health care system and guess who does not fall
below it. You just have one guess free….

We have mostly public system about pensions. Guess who has some extra laws regarding their pay-in duration?
And guess who gets more than 90% of all Germans during their retirement age.

One of our most well known politicians has accepted illegal donations for his party, and guess what he said about it. “I have them my promise not to betray them.” Well
if it’s not a politician he will go to jail for such kind of things. This politician still’s member of the parliament. This is also the one who has given up one of the most stable Fiat-money currencies for what? Another stupid and even less rigid fiat-money, and now we have the mess. More debts than ever, hardly bearable and well if one might thing they will pay it back…..

Separation of powers the “political understanding”

Well strange things are happening in EU land. As you might know the political guidelines are initiated from
a commission of the EU. If I understand it correctly ministers of the diverse EU countries are part of this commission.
But this commision never ever was elected, in an open ballot. You’d might thing how does that work democracy and
“ruled by commisson” I think this is irreconcilable. And even worse this commison also are the only ones which can go to court for
their own decided rules. So we have the no separation at all. If I follow my doom or failure path. I’d say this gives
at least a – 90 (so our countries are doomed). Well it does not look all too bright for the EU countries.

Once we had politicans acting qute responsible, but I’m under the impresson this times have past. Is it really a “fact” that democracy turns into a
Ochlocracy sooner or later?

Well I’m under the impression that too much truth lays in that path. Just see how this “politicians” currently act. They decide on laws but do break them without
any qualms. And here in Germany many laws are decided which don’t apply to the politicians itself. E.g we have laws for healt insurance, but civil servant and therefor also
politicians are excluded. They get private health care. Now if the “rulers” rule with laws which do not apply to them. What else could be the result than more and more arbitrariness ?

I think it’s highest time to get rid of this “rat pack”….

TARP the EU way

Yeah guys. the TARP money has “vanished” like snow in the sun. Nobodoy know cares or ask where it’s gone. Now the EU has seen it and though by themselves.
What a great thing. Money for nothing and the gigs for free… And voila now it’s there the EUR TARP program. Well it’s not Troubled Assets Reliefe Program for banks but
TMMAR (take my money and run) for defrauders. Greece is the first which will take this money, of course they will not thank the EU for buying them out. No that would be for “normal people”, Germany is “enemy” number one and well Germany is the biggest payer (well they pay with debts not even fiat-money, but that’s another story) Welll so the start are around 22.4 Billions. Well the “planned tax
releaf was 24 Billion. But now the “iron” cancecellor has cancled it. It’s not tax relief the next 3 years. It’s more important to safe other countrioes and especially the Euro. But
how can you save a currency if you devaluate it? I don’t know the US has started the big number game and now EU starts their game. Who will went south first?

Who will be the winner. Could it be that the Chinese just can’t get to sleep because the laugh at us? Could it be that now the Chinese simply buy whatever they can an “extend” their market place?
Just see what they do in Africa, the help buiding the infrastructure and get crucial things in return. Germany and the US simply do not get that an burn their money in wars without sense. Yes I think it could be the chinese time. Howerver be cautious to not get in conflict with the Partei….. If the chinese would be clever they’d bound their currency to something of value and soonner or later they will get all the US and EU area stuff for “an apple and an egg”…. On the other hand just imagine China starts selling their US-$ Bonds…..They do not even need an apple or an egg, civil war will finish the US and EU and they litereally get it all for “free”…

Exaggerations? May be, but just tell me what worth is the FIat money? Indeed nothing…. It’s just numbers on a paper….

However just see this numbers
8 700 000 000 000
750 000 000 000

The first is the “total debt” of the EU countries, and the second is the TARP money. It’s not even 10% of the “open debt sum”. Now tell me something about leverage….

How much worse does it have to get before start improving?

now you even got it black on white

the Raid is on it’s way. Only if the Bundesverfassungericht stops this deledefs, things can have a positve turn.
My last message about Investors now is all too true. You may make contracts with german governement, but don’t count
that they will stick to it. If it fits them, they may try to seize it from you.

Howerver even in the darkest hours of younger german history, there are politicians and not just thieves. Thos who have named it as it is, defrauding, and
which have say no. There ain’t much of them, but maybe one day in the future they will be the majority.

It will not be the Germany we know. It will be different, but surely better (well it hardly can get get much worse, but maybe they take from the former
DDR regime and maybe they will name thos who will try to leave this rat hole as “refuggees of the “republic”. Well I really don’t know if
one can translate “Republikflüchtige” that way.

I once liked the EUR, the rules were clear and it seemed the EUR could get more stable as any fiat-money before. But it’s was just “wishful-thinking”. Fiat money can
never have value nor ever will persist. It will always be an instrument to oppression it will alway be a symbol of arbitraryness of politcians. Our deep distrust for “too” much state just gets’ s fuelled over and over again. The worst countries currently are the EU, and the US, China, Japan. So there’s not much goodness left. And ones knows from history how that things turned out in the end. They
always end in some war and misery (if you are lucky you may survive).

Moral hazard-² or not?

Just a reminder the EU president Baroso, wants an action to help out Greece.

The Maastricht Vertrag is very clear about this:

Die Union haftet nicht für die Verbindlichkeiten der
Zentralregierungen, der regionalen oder lokalen Gebietskörperschaften
oder anderen öffentlich-rechtlichen Körperschaften, sonstiger
Einrichtungen des öffentlichen Rechts oder öffentlicher Unternehmen von
Mitgliedstaaten und tritt nicht für derartige Verbindlichkeiten ein;

Read the union if not liable for the debts of any other country.

So the presidents asks for exactly the opposite. And he’s still in charge….

Another “paper tiger”. the EU countries are not permitted to have more than 3% new depbs of the GDP. Well there’s probably just one or two countries around adhereing to this.

And again it shows, Fiat-money always falls back to it’s intrinsic value -> nothing.
